What it Does

Link Siro recordings to Spotio pins. When you record through Siro, Siro automatically adds the link for each recording to the corresponding pin in Spotio. This lets you open the last Siro recording associated with any lead directly inside Spotio.

Setting up the integration

1. Go to https://app.siro.ai/#/integrations, log in, and select “+ New Integration”
2. Select your Integration Provider and give the integration a name (e.g., “Spotio Integration”)
3. Enter Integration Credentials
   1. Go to Spotio integrations → “Get New API Keys”
   2. Name your keys “Siro”.
   3. Copy the ClientId and Secret to Siro
4. Hit “Create Integration”

• Do my pins from Spotio show up in Siro?
  • No, right now, Siro only adds recordings to Spotio, but not pins to Siro.
• If I disposition a lead inside Spotio, does that update the disposition inside Siro?
  • No right now, Siro does not update recording dispositions when you update Spotio dispositions.
• When will Siro match a recording to a pin?
  • There are several conditions that must be met for a recording and a pin to match. If these conditions are met, Siro will score potential matches and create the highest scoring match based on time and location.
• If I revisit the same pin location several times, will there be several recording links on that pin?
  • No, only the most recent recording will be linked to that pin.
