What it does:
- Attach Siro recordings and summaries to ServiceTitan Jobs. After a recording is completed, Siro automatically identifies the job it corresponds to and adds the recording link and summary to the job history.
- Sync ServiceTitan’s revenue data to Siro. In your Siro dashboard, see how overall order and revenue for each tech or salesperson on your team, factoring in ServiceTitan job splits.
- COMING SOON: Attach Job data to recordings inside Siro.
How to set it up
- Share your ServiceTitan tenant ID with [email protected].
- To obtain your tenant ID from the ServiceTitan web application, head to
Settings > Integrations > API Application Access
.

- Siro’s customer success team will notify you once you’re account’s integration has been registered.
- Authorize Siro to interact with your ServiceTitan instance.
- Siro notify you when we’ve requested authorization.
- From the ServiceTitan web application, head to
Settings > Integrations > API Application Access > Connect New App > Siro > Allow Access
.

- Notify [email protected] that you’ve authorized the integration.
- Siro will initialize the integration and notify you that it’s been successfully launched!
