Siro to CRM: Siro automatically adds recording links and summaries to opportunities in your CRM

CRM to Siro: Siro displays sales data for each of your reps and labels the outcome (closed won / closed lost / open) of each Siro recording with the outcome of the opportunity in your CRM

Setup Instructions

1.) We send the customer a link to authenticate their CRM. The link leads to Merge's frontend, and they enter their Salesforce credentials and authorize a connection. Merge saves the results of that connection and starts pulling data from Salesforce, saving it in Merge's database. 2.) Merge sends Siro a webhook payload with a secret, saying that this connection exists. Siro stores the connection and a secret value which authenticates future requests on behalf of this customer from Siro to Merge. 3.) Merge sends Siro another webhook when it's done syncing model data from Salesforce to Merge. Then Siro pulls integrations data from Merge into Siro's Integrations database. 4.) The customer can load up the Prometheus screen and see aggregated sales data for their reps, assuming the reps email address are the same in Siro as they are in Salesforce. 4a.) If the reps' email addresses are not the same, the customer can manually match them via a web interface within Prometheus. That match is saved for the future.

We also automatically match recordings and opportunities in Siro when we receive new opportunities from our integrations. The matching criteria are listed here (link)

Outcome

Your dashboard runs on the opportunity data we collect from the CRM (such as Salesforce). And we push recording summary notes to the CRM (if enabled for the org - this is not a default behavior), and we also push recording links to the CRM as notes. This also goes for all CRM integrations we support.
