Terminology

• Creator : the user who created the recording. Any user can create recordings.
• Creator Team : the Member Team of the Creator
• Creator Coaches : Coaches whose Coach Teams include Creator Team
• Creator Teammates : Reps whose Member Team is Creator Team
• Conversation Type Match : when a user’s Assigned Conversation Types includes the recording’s Conversation Type
• Recording metadata includes the title, time, duration, outcome, and Conversation Type.
• Recordings have 3 visibility settings: Team, Private, and Posted. Team is the default setting for newly created recordings.

Permissions

View Recording, Share Recording Link, Comment on Recording, Add Recording to Folder

• Private : Creator only
• Team :
  • Creator
  • Creator Teammates or Creator Coaches with Conversation Type Match
  • Any user with the recording link
• Posted : all users in the company with either Conversation Type Match or the recording link

Toggle Recording Private, Delete Recording

Post Recording

• Private: recording visibility must be set to Team by Creator before it can be posted
